Xue Xiaojian, the vice dean of School of Law of CUPL visited Anne Davies, the dean of Faculty of Law, University of Oxford

On 2 August, Xue Xiaojian, the vice dean of School of Law of China University of Political Science and Law (“CUPL”), paid a visit to the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford and had in-depth discussions with the Faculty’s dean Anne Davies.

Ms. Xue Xiaojian introduced the basic situation of Law School, CUPL and the achievements and development of the international exchange of CUPL Law School’s faculty and students. She hoped to work with Oxford Law Faulty to seek more opportunities in terms of mutual visits of teachers, cooperative research, talent cultivation, etc. to promote the high-quality cooperation and exchange programs of the two sides.

Ms. Anne Davies expressed her warm welcome to Ms. Xue Xiaojian’s visit. She introduced the information about international cooperation between Oxford Law Faculty and the Chinese academic community regarding the exchange and visits of teachers and students. She encouraged CUPL Law School’s outstanding students to come to Oxford Law Faculty for future studies and welcomed teachers of CUPL Law School to visit.

The two sides also conducted deep discussions on exploring and developing other academic exchanges between the two schools.
